Susan is one that takes the NAR member pledge of "to protect the rights of real estate ownership and to widen the opportunity to enjoy it" to heart. She's been a top producer in the Bloomington/Monroe County area for 20+ years. She has always been one to stay current on marketing methods, types of financing, and sales in the area to assist her clients with the best insight for them.

She has served on a variety of committees and Boards for the Bloomington Board of NAR member, Indiana Association of NAR member and the National Association of NAR member. She found that it was advantageous to get outside of her own market to learn of the latest in technology, etc. Susan has received the NAR member of the Year award from the Bloomington Board of NAR member and has received the statewide NAR member of the Year from the Indiana Association of NAR member.

The opportunity to guide a buyer or seller through the process of buying or selling is the focal point of Susan's business interest. She prefers to learn of her clients' wishes and goes to work to find the answers that best fit their needs.

Susan and her sister, Kathy Stallsmith, have worked together as a team for 19 years. This provides extensive background in financing and experience to guide their clients throughout the process. There are two sets of eyes watching for new listings for their buyers. 

Biking, walking with friends, being with her three nieces, enjoying IU basketball are a few of the items that Susan enjoys for fun! Bloomington has many fantastic opportunities with Indiana University here. There are sporting, musical, and theatre events that are usually not found in a city of this size. There are, also, endless learning opportunities and many cultural events/restaurants here. There are two lakes in the county Lake Lemon to the northeast and Lake Monroe to the south edge of the county. These provide fishing, swimming, boating, riding jet skis or just relaxing opportunities!
